This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data when you register for our webinar.
1. Data controller

2. Data we collect
We record your name, email address, preferred language, registration source and timestamps, together with the text and version of your marketing consent and the time you gave it. Limited technical logs may also be processed when necessary for security and troubleshooting.
3. Purposes and legal basis
We use your details to give you access to the webinar, handle your request, and—when you consent—send emails about our training, programs, and career content. Marketing emails are based on your consent. You can withdraw it at any time; that does not affect processing we already carried out before you withdrew it.
4. Service providers
We store registration records in our own database hosted on MongoDB Atlas and manage email subscriptions through MailerLite. The webinar uses YouTube’s privacy-enhanced embed; when you play it, YouTube may process data under its own policies. These providers process data in connection with the services they supply to us.
5. International transfers
Our service providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where relevant, transfers rely on standard contractual clauses and other valid safeguards maintained by the providers.
6. Retention
We keep your data until you withdraw consent, unsubscribe, or the data is no longer needed for the purpose for which it was collected. We may retain evidence of consent and necessary transaction records longer where required to demonstrate legal compliance.
7. Your rights
You may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict, or receive your data, and to object to certain processing. You can withdraw marketing consent through the unsubscribe link in every email. You may also lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
8. Changes
We may update this policy when our services or legal requirements change. The latest version and update date will always appear on this page.
